Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, Tipsy.ph does not accept returns or provide refunds once orders have been received and accepted in good condition. By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms that the items were received in proper condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon delivery or within the same day of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Reports submitted beyond 24 hours from delivery may no longer qualify for replacement or return evaluation.

All requests are subject to review and investigation by our team. Once approved, customers may be asked to return the affected item(s) in their original condition and packaging. For products sold as part of a set or bundle, the complete set must be returned.

Please note that sale items, promotional items, and discounted products are not eligible for return or refund.
